How to Activate Voicemail service in Tata Docomo India

For those who don't know about voicemail, Voicemail is a service that we use to stay connected to our loved ones, even if your phone is switched off, not reachable in remote locations, busy or in a flight. Voice mails are familiar in western countries , but in India most of us haven't even heard about it so nobody uses this service much.

Fortunately you can enjoy this service on Tata DoCoMo  network for free of charge. This article explains how you can set up voicemail service on your Tata DoCoMo network.
Procedure is same for both prepaid and postpaid.

How To Activate Voice mail

  •  Compose a message with keyword ACT VM and send it to 121 from your Tata DoCoMo number.
  • Now open your call setting and set up your call forwarding to the number +919029090290.
  •  This is your voice mail box number. You can use this to retrieve your voice messages.
And that's it.
Hope you find this article useful.
